Parent/Guardian Privacy Notice

This notice explains how CreaseOS handles information in an adult-managed minor goalie profile and the controls available to the adult account holder.
Adult-managed minor profiles
A minor goalie profile is created and managed by an adult parent, legal guardian, or another adult with legal authority to do so. The adult's email and login control the account. A minor goalie does not need a separate email address or independent login in the current family-account experience.
Information in the goalie profile
A minor's profile may include name, birth year, catching hand, team, schedule, development focuses and goals, reflections, notes, optional video links, coach or program connections, and records the family chooses to share. CreaseOS also keeps consent and security records needed to operate the account safely.
Why CreaseOS uses this information
We use the information to provide the family-owned goalie-development workspace, organize development history, show upcoming and past activities, support progress and reflection, connect approved coaches or programs, carry out the adult account holder's sharing choices, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
Private by default
The family-owned My Development workspace is private by default. Connecting a coach does not expose the complete private history. A coach receives eligible family-created information only when the family deliberately shares the relevant activity or record with that specific coach or program context.
Coach-created information
A connected coach or program may create coaching plans, notes, resources, attendance records, or other development information within its authorized relationship with the goalie. CreaseOS keeps coach and family permissions separately scoped so one connection does not automatically expose information belonging to another connection.
No child email or independent login required
CreaseOS does not require a minor goalie to provide a separate email address, phone number, or independent login to use an adult-managed profile. If independent minor access is introduced in the future, CreaseOS will use a separately reviewed consent and access process before enabling it.
Parent and guardian controls
The adult account holder controls the family-owned profile and may manage coach connections, decide which eligible family-created records are shared, and request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of family-owned information, subject to security, legal, and record-retention requirements.
Data minimization, retention, and security
CreaseOS aims to collect and retain only information reasonably needed for the goalie-development service, authorized history, security, consent records, and legal obligations. We use scoped access controls and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect minor and family information.
No sale or targeted advertising using a minor's development record
CreaseOS does not sell a minor goalie's personal development information and does not use that development record for targeted advertising.

Changes affecting minor information
If CreaseOS materially changes how minor information is collected, used, or shared, we will provide appropriate notice to the adult account holder and obtain additional consent when required before applying the new practice.
