CreaseOS Privacy Notice

Information we collect

CreaseOS may collect account information such as an adult account holder's name, email address, and age-verification information; goalie profile details such as name, birth year, catching hand, and team; schedule information; development focuses, goals, reflections, notes, and optional video links; coach and program connections; sharing choices; and versioned consent records.

We also receive ordinary service and security information needed to operate a web application, such as authentication, request, device, and diagnostic information.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure CreaseOS, maintain goalie-development records, show schedules and progress, support family and coach collaboration, honor sharing choices, troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Private by default

A family-owned My Development workspace is private by default. Connecting with a coach or program does not expose the family's complete private history. Family-created information is shared with a coach only when the family deliberately shares the relevant record or activity with that specific coach or program context.

Coach and program information

When a family connects with a coach or program, CreaseOS may show information that the coach or program is authorized to provide or that the family has authorized for that relationship. Separate coach connections remain separately scoped.

Service providers and disclosures

CreaseOS may use service providers to host, secure, authenticate, deliver email, store data, and operate the product. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a lawful business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

No sale or targeted advertising using minor development records

CreaseOS does not sell personal goalie-development information. We do not use a minor goalie's development record for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve authorized development history, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. CreaseOS uses scoped access controls and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect account and development information.

Your choices and requests

Account holders may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of family-owned information, subject to security, legal, and record-retention requirements. Families can also manage coach connections and control which eligible family-created records are shared.

Minor goalies

Minor goalie profiles are managed by an adult account holder. CreaseOS does not require a minor goalie to provide a separate email address or independent login in the current family-account experience. Additional information about minor profiles appears in the Parent/Guardian Privacy Notice.
