Adult account holder
A CreaseOS Parent / Goalie account must be created and managed by someone who is at least 18 years old. A minor goalie does not create an independent account in this pilot.
Accurate and authorized information
You agree to provide accurate information and to create or manage a minor goalie profile only when you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to do so.
Development tool—not medical or emergency advice
CreaseOS organizes goalie-development information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency services, legal advice, or a guarantee of athletic results.
Private and shared information
Personal My Development information is private by default. You are responsible for choosing whether to share an individual activity with a connected coach or program.
Pilot status
These terms support controlled product testing. They must receive final legal review before broad public launch or paid subscriptions.
