CreaseOS Terms of Use

Who may create an account

A Parent / Goalie account must be created and managed by someone who is at least 18 years old. A minor goalie profile may be created only by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult who has legal authority to manage that profile.

Account responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly address unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

What CreaseOS provides

CreaseOS is a goalie-development organization and collaboration tool. It can store schedules, development focuses, reflections, coach-shared information, and related records. Features may change as the product improves.

Development tool — not medical or emergency advice

CreaseOS does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency services, legal advice, or a guarantee of athletic performance or results. Users remain responsible for appropriate coaching, medical, safety, and emergency decisions.

Your content and development records

You retain responsibility for information, notes, reflections, links, and other content you submit. You grant CreaseOS permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and to carry out sharing choices you make.

You must not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use or that unlawfully violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Private and shared information

Family-owned My Development information is private by default. A coach connection does not automatically expose the family's complete private history. Families control eligible family-created sharing, while coach- or program-created records remain subject to the permissions and context in which they were created.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse CreaseOS, interfere with the service, attempt to access information you are not authorized to view, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits it, or use CreaseOS for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Third-party links and services

CreaseOS may contain links to video, email, hosting, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and CreaseOS is not responsible for their independent content or operation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CreaseOS available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account creates a security risk, violates these Terms, infringes rights, or must be restricted to comply with law. Account holders may stop using CreaseOS and may request deletion of eligible family-owned information subject to applicable retention obligations.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, CreaseOS is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every feature will be error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
